However, I encountered some maintenance problems during my stay.

I had a comfortable stay in a queen room with efficient a/c. The microwave and fridge were super handy, and the shower sparkled! Loved the clean and updated vibe.

Check-in was a chore due to long lines and less-than-friendly staff. one employee even reeked of body odor. The room was distressing—finding short hairs in the shower and a stained comforter made it clear that cleanliness is a serious issue. Though the homemade pies and jams were a classic highlight, my overall experience was marred by the disarray and neglect in upkeep.

We had a fun stay with our 2 girls, enjoying the pool and the nearby Worlds of Fun theme park, which is just a quick drive away. The staff were generally welcoming, and the breakfast options were a good start for our busy days.

My wife says that the room cleanliness could use some serious improvement. It would be great if they could pay more attention to the bathroom and linens for families with kids who expect a standard hygiene.

First off, if you're a foodie, you've got to hit up Ruby Tuesday's nearby for their crispy potato skins—pure bliss! Plus, the staff here were incredibly welcoming, making us feel right at home, and everything was spotlessly clean.

Now, on the flip side, I had some hiccups with a TV issue that took a while to sort out, and the lukewarm shower wasn't exactly what I had in mind after a long day.
